Three players nearing end of contracts that Rangers must swoop for in January
Scott Bain
The Dundee keeper has fallen out of favour at Dens Park after a bust-up with manager Neil McCann.
Bain hasn’t played a game since his fall out with his manager and was even an unused substitute for Dundee’s Under-20 side in the aftermath.
The 26-year-old was Dundee’s undisputed first-choice but it looks as though his Dens Park career is finished.
Could move on in January but with Bain’s disagreement with McCann well-publicised, clubs are unlikely to want to shell out a transfer fee for the Scotland squad keeper.
Bain could provide serious competition for Wes Foderingham next season if Jak Alnwick doesn’t want to hang around as Foderingham’s deputy for another season.
