Celtic player ratings v Kilmarnock: Three players 4/10 in stalemate
MIDFIELD
Scott Brown – 6: Patrolled the midfield like he usually and controlled the game like he always does but his intensity was down a tad and you can’t blame him as the match was so low-key.
Stuart Armstrong – 5: Had some nice touches in his return to the first-team but really should have given the Hoops the lead at the start of the second-half, was eventually subbed after a quiet game.
Callum McGregor – 5: Found it hard to get into the game and wasn’t as influential as he can be for the Bhoys, has had better games in the past and will have better games in the future for the Hoops.
James Forrest – 5: Started off slowly but gradually got more into the game, should have done more with a header that he put over the bar but apart from that he had a quiet night, like most of his team-mates.
Scott Sinclair – 6: One of the Hoops’ better performers on the night, tried to get things going and was unlucky with an effort that went across goal, faded in the second-half though.
