Croatia international Alen Halilovic would be an amazing signing and would really get fans off their seats and dream about promotion to the Premier League in 2019.
Halilovic, 21, is currently on loan at Las Palmas from Hamburg, and Leeds clearly have some kind of relationship with the German club with Pierre-Michel Lasogga on a temporary deal at Elland Road from them.
The ex-Barcelona dazzler can play anywhere in the attacking midfield but he loves to cut in from wide positions and threaten the goalkeeper.
Injury has disrupted him a bit this season and he scored his second goal for Las Palmas in the draw with Deportivo that Leeds’ scouts were said to have watched.
