The Celtic fan favourite look shattered against Rangers, as he failed to cope with Daniel Candeias on the left-wing, who gave him a torrid time.
He played almost every game this season as the Hoops sold their other left-back, Emilio Izaguirre, and it is starting to have an affect on the 21-year-old.
Not only would a few weeks rest help Tierney get back up to speed, but the Hoops signing another left-back would also help, as he could get a rest once in a while.
He’s going to burn out if he isn’t careful.
