Three Rangers players who still need to prove themselves ahead of clash v Hamilton

Eduardo Herrera

Rangers

Herrera has taken a bit of time to settle in Scotland and was probably a little unlucky in the way Alfredo Morelos started off the season scoring goals for fun.

Now that the goals have dried up for the Colombian, Herrera really needs to make the most of his opportunities and show he can pick up the slack on the goals front.

Instead, he’s been bypassed by 20-year-old Ryan Hardie as the Mexican striker struggles to even get off the bench under Murty.

Herrera will feature for a Gers XI against Berwick on Wednesday night in Steven Notman’s testimonial and will hope for a big performance to give Graeme Murty something to think about.
