Saiz spot should not be guaranteed
Samuel Saiz started on the bench after returning to fitness, but just because he is one of the best players at Elland Road there should be no guarantee he will get back into the starting line-up.
Heckingbottom’s switch to 4-4-2 clearly worked and Hernandez and Alioski caused a nuisance on the wings.
Saiz’s form has dipped ever since his red card against Newport County in January so should not come back into the team just because he is fit.
That being said, the Spaniard did look in good form when he came off the bench, so hopefully the playmaker has got past his rough patch.
