Senior player looks a spent force: Three things learned about Celtic in win v Partick
GRIFFITHS PROVES A POINT
Substitute Leigh Griffiths proved a point to Brendan Rodgers with a fine performance in the second-half as the Hoops staged a comeback.
The Scotland international replaced Mikael Lustig at half-time, and caused the Jags plenty of trouble, eventually scoring the winning goal with a fine individual effort.
The goal and all-round performance must have given the Hoops boss plenty of thought as Griffiths showed that he should be leading the line from now on, starting against Hibs on Saturday.
