Too many aren’t good enough to win the title
Rangers haven’t had their injury problems to seek this season and it has been clear as day that too many of the Gers’ squad players are not good enough to be part of a title winning Gers side.
The likes of Andy Halliday, Jak Alnwick, Russell Martin and countless others have offered very little over the course of the season and have never threatened to earn a first-team place on merit.
This summer there needs to be a massive clear-out of the swathes of over-paid and under-performing dross that fills the Ibrox squad.
It might seem ridiculous but there could be a case for as many as 20 players leaving Ibrox this summer.
