Windass’ performances aren’t good enough
Much has been made about Josh Windass’ goal-scoring record since Graeme Murty took the reins at Ibrox since October – but anyone who has watched him in the last few weeks will struggle to think of anything of note he has done since scoring against Celtic.
After netting in the Old Firm, Windass has been invisible in a Rangers jersey and continued that against Motherwell.
Windass was handed a new contract recently and there must be a few at Ibrox second guessing whether the attacker merited a new deal after a few months of performances that varied from sublime to shocking.
