Attacker needs to replace regular star: Three things we learned from Rangers v Partick Thistle
Sean Goss continues to impress
On-loan QPR midfielder Goss put in another impressive shift in central midfield alongside Jason Holt as he strolled through the clash with Alan Archibald’s side.
The former Manchester United youngster operated at times as a spare defender and used his range of passing to get the Gers out of defence quickly.
Goss’ delivery from set-pieces also stood out – apart from one free-kick in the second-half – and he went close with providing the opener for Russell Martin as he swung in a fantastic free-kick in the first-half.
Despite arriving at Ibrox a virtual unknown, the German-born midfielder has impressed in his handful of appearances for the Ibrox giants.
