Tottenham could retain Antonio Conte on ‘massive’ condition amid PSG report – expert
Tottenham must back Antonio Conte in the transfer market or risk losing him to Paris Saint-Germain.
That is the view of former White Hart Lane number one Paul Robinson, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the Ligue 1 side’s potential interest in the 52-year-old.
According to the Daily Mail‘s Ian Ladyman (28 March), there is growing unease at Spurs over the managerial landscape.

It is said that PSG will target Spurs boss Antonio Conte if Mauricio Pochettino departs at the end of the season.
Conte only put pen to paper on an 18-month contract in north London upon his arrival in November.
When asked if he was worried about Conte’s future, Robinson told Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs:
“It’s an extremely difficult one with Conte because he is a world-class manager. He is going to be headhunted regardless of what is going on at Spurs. If top teams are looking for a manager Antonio Conte or always going to be a name mentioned.
“Spurs have to make sure they match Conte’s ambitions. They need to give him the funds to make this squad better. Otherwise Tottenham will always be sixth, seventh in the league.

“A Champions League finish would be massive for Spurs. It would go a long way to keeping him.
“Until Spurs are in the top four and competing for trophies Conte will get linked with ever top manager’s job that comes up.”
