Tottenham expert ‘expects’ club statement on Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso after latest
Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso will not travel to South Korea for pre-season training with Tottenham.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
As reported by Italian broadcaster Radio Radio (8 June), Serie A sides Roma and Lazio are both interested in signing Ndombele, 25, this summer, although are looking at a possible loan deal.

Ndombele, who cost Spurs a reported £63million in 2019, was shipped out to Lyon temporarily in the January window.
Lo Celso, 26, also left in January and spent a productive second half of the season on loan at Villarreal.
Wenham claims neither player will be part of the club’s pre-season schedule despite returning to training at Hotspur Way.
“No, they won’t travel,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“In previous years we have announced who is travelling and there is usually a paragraph at the bottom.
“I remember something like that happening with Danny Rose where the statement essentially said he has been left behind to explore a move to other clubs.
“I fully expect that to happen. The position on those two players was made abundantly clear in January.
“I do not expect them to fly to Korea.”

Ndombele made the last of his 91 appearances for Spurs in the FA Cup against Morecambe back in January.
Lo Celso made 19 appearances for the club in the first half of the 2021-22 season.
