Tottenham expert on Harry Kane leaving Tottenham this month after ‘talks’ – ‘I’m sure…’
There is no chance of Harry Kane leaving Tottenham this month and he won’t be joining Bayern Munich anytime soon.
That is according to Spurs expert John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Kane, 29, has entered the final 18 months of the six-year deal he signed in June 2018.
Sources have told Football Insider (7 January) that the striker has no intention of leaving this month but his future remains up in the air.
Back in September, Sky Sports reporter Florian Plettenberg claimed that Bayern Munich had been in contact with Kane’s brother and agent Charlie.
Wenham claims a new deal for Kane is in the pipeline and insists there is no chance of him leaving this month.
“I just can’t see Harry in a Bayern shirt, I just don’t see it,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“I’m sure there will have been talks about a new deal but Antonio Conte’s future is the more pressing issue at the moment.
“I think Harry is waiting to see what happens with that. One thing I can guarantee you is that he will not be leaving in January, the club wouldn’t entertain any offers even if it was some sort of ridiculous offer.
“People who read stories about Harry leaving are wasting their time.”

Tottenham are next in action against Arsenal on Sunday (15 January).
Kane holds the record for most goals in the North London Derby with 14.
In other news, one expert has claimed Tottenham have been handed a ‘huge’ boost pre-Arsenal after a significant update.
