Tottenham fans urge Pochettino to hand summer signing more playing time (not Janssen)

By Harvey Byrne

Tottenham fans on Twitter have demanded that young attacker Georges-Kevin N’Koudou sees more playing time.

The 22-year-old left-winger has been limited to just 11 Premier League minutes in his side’s last 15 clashes.

All of those minutes came in Wednesday evening’s 3-1 win at the Liberty Stadium against Swansea, where he came off the bench with his side 1-0 down before playing a part in the comeback victory.

It is clear that N’Koudou’s short cameo impressed fans and with the highly criticised Moussa Sissoko currently starting matches, supporters on social media have urged Mauricio Pochettino to give a different French attacker more of a chance out on the field.

One fan went as far as to say that they’d be shocked if Sissoko ever played over N’Koudou again, while others have simply stated he needs to play more.

N’Koudou joined Tottenham in the summer from Marseille for £11million.

He has since played in 14 matches for the club, returning just one assist in an FA Cup match against Aston Villa in January.

However, age is still on his side and it is clear that Spurs fans still hold hopes on the speed merchant coming good in the future.
