Expert: Tottenham in talks with Harry Kane ally Alejandro Claraco amid ‘intense’ reveal
Tottenham will be in constant dialogue with Harry Kane’s personal sports therapist Alejandro Elorriaga Claraco.
That is the view of medical expert Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries site and has a background in injury and data analysis.
The Telegraph reported last Saturday (24 September) that Kane has been working with Spanish doctor Claraco to help him avoid injury.

The 29-year-old striker has largely avoided injury during that period and appears to have shaken the ankle issues that at one point appeared a threat to his legacy.
Claraco is headquartered in Canada but it is understood that he flies out to work with Kane once a month.
The physio’s work is separate from that undertaken by Kane at Spurs’ training complex, but Dinnery insists that both parties will be operating in tandem with one another.
“He isn’t working in isolation away from the club,” he told Football Insider’s Adam Williams.
“This is very much a two-way process. They will be liaising with each other and understanding Harry Kane’s needs while providing that holistic approach to his care.
“This offers him a chance to have a different opinion on things or different ideas and look to strengthen that area.
“It also provides a different environment. Kane invites him over from his homeland and has quite an intensive period with him, maybe over a week or so.
“That way you maybe don’t have the same level of intensity that you would at a club. The demands on the backroom staff are such that maybe it’s not possible to work with him so closely.
“It’s not unusual in the modern game to access support and help from their own personal therapists that they have had their whole career.

“So. it’s not necessarily about what they can offer that’s different. It may instead be because there is a level of trust there.
“It’s as big help psychologically as it is physically by taking things away from the club and making things a lot more personal. Whatever he is doing, it’s working. Kane is playing, staying fit, and scoring goals.“
