Tottenham insider fumes at ‘insane’ Levy amid ‘ludicrous’ Nuno development this morning
There is “no point” in Tottenham keeping on Nuno Espirito Santo amid a significant update on his future.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
On Monday morning, The Times reported Nuno is set to be given a stay of execution as Tottenham boss.

The report claims Daniel Levy wants to wait until Spurs find a replacement to avoid a repeat of the drawn-out process of appointing Nuno.
The Portuguese boss is under intense pressure after his side fell to a 3-0 home defeat against Manchester United on Saturday.
The loss leaves Tottenham eighth in the league and led to some fans booing Nuno and some of his players.
Wenham admits he is baffled by this latest development.
“Seriously, what is the point in that?” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“Put Ryan Mason in charge. Everyone knows it’s a stay of execution.
“What does that achieve? Nuno has no authority and the players know he will be gone soon.
“It is prolonging the negativity at the club and wasting time. It’s ludicrous.
“It is insanity to me that he looks like he’s staying on. I am not happy with that at all.”

This site exclusively revealed yesterday that Ryan Mason could be placed in interim charge of Spurs if Nuno is sacked.
He previously managed the side as interim boss after Jose Mourinho was sacked last season.
In other news, Sources have told Football Insider that Tottenham remian in talks to appoint Antonio Conte today after late-night negotiations.
