Tottenham make ‘likely’ Luka Vuskovic transfer plan ahead of January
Tottenham have made up their minds on potentially selling Luka Vuskovic in the January window amid interest from top Bundesliga clubs.
Tottenham fans have been waiting a long time to see Luka Vuskovic in action for their club after he was initially signed from Hajduk Split for £12million in 2023 at 16-years-old.
That big fee clearly shows that he has been highly-rated while progressing as a youngster, and he was handed numerous first-team chances in pre-season by Thomas Frank after finally joining the club in July this year.
Spurs looked set to keep the 18-year-old around for this campaign, but he requested to leave on loan and joined German club Hamburg for the season at the end of the summer window.
Vuskovic has been a standout in the Bundesliga for newly-promoted HSV, and his performances have alerted top clubs in the country to the possibility of signing him soon.

Tottenham ‘unlikely’ to see Vuskovic amid Dortmund and Leipzig interest
The Croatian international has made 10 appearances for Hamburg since his arrival, scoring once, while he won the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month award for both September and October.
Reports have emerged of interest in Vuskovic from Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig following his strong start to the campaign.
Sources say Tottenham see Vuskovic as a “future star“ so any such permanent move away from the club has been deemed unlikely at this stage
It remains to be seen whether he will be sent out on loan next summer, but Spurs are set to use the rest of the season and his return to the fold to see if he’s ready to step into the first-team next term.
What Vuskovic has said about his loan and future at Tottenham
Vuskovic’s fine form saw him make his first start for Croatia’s senior side against Faroe Islands earlier this month as they won 3-1 to qualify for the World Cup.
Tottenham’s future centre-back situation is uncertain with Micky Van de Ven linked to Liverpool, but Vuskovic has admitted he is unsure when he will be a part of their senior squad once more while away with his country.

He said: “I’m happy with everything at HSV. My grades are good, even above expectations. “Tottenham? I hear from them, they follow me. They are a good club when it comes to developing young players. I don’t know when I will be back.”
Tottenham have no plans to recall the 18-year-old from Hamburg anytime soon, while his contract in North London runs until 2030, and so it certainly seems likely that he stays with the club for a long time yet.
