Sources: Napoli in advanced talks to sign Tanguy Ndombele after £50m+ deal agreed
Napoli are in advanced talks to sign Tottenham star Tanguy Ndombele on a loan-to-buy deal, Football Insider understands.
The club-record signing has headed to Italy to discuss personal terms with the Serie A giants.
Tottenham have given the green light to Ndombele joining Napoli on an initial loan with the option to become permanent at the end of the season.

Football Insider revealed on 16 May that Spurs would make banish Ndombele from the first-team squad and make him train seperately this summer to force a transfer.
That has proved to be the case, with Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Harry Winks and Sergio Reguilon all training away from the first team squad.
Tottenham are listening to offers for all four stars, three of whom were signed for huge fees.
Ndombele re-joined his old side Lyon in January on a loan-to-buy deal that had an option to become permanent in the summer.
Lyon chose not to trigger the £50million-plus option in Ndombele’s loan deal and he headed back to his parent club while his future is sorted.
That is now close to being resolved as Napoli work on a deal that could become permanent at the end of the season.
He has no future at Spurs, where Conte has frozen him out of the squad for the second consecutive season.
The manager stopped the France international training with the first team and made him work by himself prior to his Lyon loan.

Ndombele has scored 10 goals and supplied nine assists in 91 appearances for Spurs since joining from Lyon in the summer of 2019.
Two of them came in the 13 appearances he made in the first half of the season.
