Tottenham news: Antonio Conte ‘raging’ as new Harry Kane fear emerges – pundit
Tottenham boss Antonio Conte will be “raging” with the amount of game time Harry Kane is getting at the World Cup.
That’s according to former Hibernian striker Tam McManus, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the striker’s fitness.
Kane, 29, played the full 90 minutes as England beat Senegal 3-0 on Sunday (4 December).

Earlier in the tournament, the Spurs man was sent for a scan on his ankle after a rogue tackle in England’s opening game against Iran.
McManus insists Conte will be furious with Kane potentially being overplayed.
“I didn’t see the need to give Kane the full 90 minutes,” McManus told Football Insider‘s Ben Wild.
“There has already been one injury scare with him this tournament si England need to be careful with him.
“Antonio Conte must be raging at that. We know he can’t afford to lose Kane and you have him playing an extra 30 minutes when the game was already won.
“It sounds like Wilson has a strain so he couldn’t come on but there is no reason Southgate couldn’t have swapped Kane for a midfielder or a winger, the game was over.
“I’m sure Tottenham fans were probably the same. We will see if Kane looks tired against France but he might be needed to play another 90 minutes or more.
“Does he have it in him after playing 90 the other night? I have no idea.”

Kane scored his first goal of the tournament against Senegal.
England are next in action against France on Saturday.
