Tottenham news: Pundit ‘running out of superlatives’ for ‘exceptional’ Son Heung-min after 100 per cent reveal
Paul Robinson is “running out of superlatives” for Tottenham forward Son Heung-min.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former White Hart Lane number one said the 29-year-old is “so important to the way” Harry Kane and his teammates play.
Son scored his tenth goal of the season on Wednesday night as Tottenham’s top-four hopes were dented by a 3-2 loss to Southampton.

The home defeat leaves Spurs four points off fourth-placed West Ham with three games in hand.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs for his assessment of Son’s form, Robinson said: “Sonny is one of the best players at the club.
“He is a must-start if he is fit. When he is not there, you can see how much they miss him.
“He’s so important to the way they play, especially when Harry Kane drops into deeper positions.
“I’m running out of superlatives for Son in truth. His attitude and application is always exceptional. He might not always have the best game but you know his work rate will be there.
“He has such a great relationship with Harry Kane and hopefully that can bear fruit between now and the end of the season.”

Speaking after the defeat, as quoted by Football.London (9 February), Antonio Conte said: “It was a pity because my players they gave 120 per cent today and the effort was maximum.
“I cannot say that I don’t see the right attitude or the right commitment. I saw the maximum commitment.”
