The Danish international was Spurs’ match winner and put in a decent performance to match.
He was always looking to create an opportunity for himself or one of his team mates, as is so often the case, and took his opportunity well when it came to him.
What must be said is that when Eriksen does not perform, his team mates look lost, and Spurs must come up with a plan B if the Dane does drift out of the game.
Still, he had the desired impact against the Cherries and that will please Pochettino ahead of Tuesday’s clash with Real Madrid.
