Tottenham player ratings v Bournemouth: 25-year-old is nowhere to be seen

Eric Dier does the same thing every game, and usually does it to good effect.
Sitting as an anchor ahead of the defensive line, he mops up the oppositions attacks and nullifies their attacking threat.
There was no change against Bournemouth, as he broke down their hopes time and again, before laying off to his midfield partners.
He looks comfortable playing against the likes of the Cherries and Bournemouth but whether that is the case against bigger teams remains to be seen.
