Tottenham player ratings v Juventus: Star duo run the show with 9/10 displays
Forwards
Erik Lamela – 6: Of the Tottenham attack it was Lamela who struggled to have the desired impact. His dribbles struggled to threaten the back line but he did show some good close control and incisive passing.
Dele Alli – 7: As with the entire team, struggled to cope in the opening minutes but had more of an influence as the game wore on. Dished out a sublime pass for Kane to score Spurs’ first goal and won the free kick which led to the equaliser.
Harry Kane – 7: After being shellshocked by the Italian side’s to goals, Kane found himself with more opportunities to try and get his side back into the game. Denied at point blank range by Buffon, he went on to round the veteran and halve the deficit.
