Barely-seen Tottenham player ‘to start’ after Richarlison injury latest – Robinson
Paul Robinson has claimed Richarlison’s injury makes Tottenham manager Antonio Conte’s job a lot easier.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England number one said there is no longer “a selection problem” for Conte.
Richarlison is expected to be sidelined for over a month after suffering a hamstring injury.

Speaking to club media (20 December), Antonio Conte revealed the forward has undergone an MRI scan to determine the severity of the problem.
Spurs travel to Brentford on Boxing Day as the Premier League season re-commences.
Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Dejan Kulusevski, who was barely seen in the months before the World Cup break due to his own injury, are expected to start in the clash.
When asked by Football Insider for his reaction and thoughts regarding the injury news, Robinson said: “It makes the manager’s job easy though.
“He does not have a selection problem now. It is no longer a headache for Conte. When everyone is fit, it is difficult to pick three from the four of Kane, Son, Richarlison and Kulusevski. Now that Richarlison is injured, Kane, Son and Kulusevski will start.

“Richarlison would have wanted to come back and play straight away especially given the form he was in at the World Cup. Richarlison was never going to play as a nine because Kane has had a week off now.
“There is no longer a problem. The manager’s life is now very easy. That front line picks itself.”
