Tottenham set to dominate with ‘secret’ Richarlison plan after what pundit spotted
Tottenham may have a “secret plan” to get the best out of Richarlison following his impressive World Cup.
That’s according to former Hibernian striker Tam McManus, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the Brazilian’s form.
Richarlison, 25, scored three goals in Qatar before Brazil were dumped out of the competition on penalties by Croatia on Friday (9 December).

The attacker has struggled to repeat his form for Brazil while playing for Spurs after joining the club in the summer of 2022.
While playing for his country, Richardson plays through the middle, the position Harry Kane occupies at Spurs.
McManus claims Antonio Conte could change his tactics to include this role for Richarlison.
“We know he does his best work through the middle,” McManus told Football Insider‘s Ben Wild.
“Kane has been playing there and this season he has been on fire. It has been overshadowed by what Haaland has been doing but Kane’s record is very good.
“Kane can also play in that deeper role to great effect. We saw him do that for England at the World Cup as well.
“I wonder, if Tottenham aren’t having a good game and nothing is working, they could drop Kane into midfield and let Richarlison run riot up front instead of on the wing.
“That could be their secret plan to break down stubborn defences, something that have really struggled to do this season.”

Richarlison has scored twice for Spurs in 15 total appearances this season.
Both goals came in the same game against Marseille in the Champions League.
