Tottenham tipped to accept £10m Emerson Royal offer after update – pundit
Paul Robinson has tipped Tottenham to accept an offer of just £10million for Emerson Royal next year.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England number one said the 23-year-old “is not good enough” for Antonio Conte’s side.
Emerson has been a regular starter for Spurs in the 2022-23 campaign thus far.

According to Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport, via The Spurs Web (24 December), Inter Milan are interested in signing the Brazilian defender.
The ex-Barcelona man is under contract at Spurs until 2026.
When asked by Football Insider if the London club should cash in on Emerson, Robinson said: “He’s the first choice right-back at the moment but he’s not good enough in my opinion.
“He is nowhere near good enough. It worries me when both Emerson Royal and Davinson Sanchez start together. Emerson Royal is hugely lacking defensively.

“The manager clearly does not fancy [Matt] Doherty or Djed Spence. It is a problem area and one that I think they will look to address in January.
“If Spurs could get double figures for Emerson Royal they should and would let him go. Take the money and use the money to sign a replacement. They need to go into the market because Conte is clearly not happy with his options in that position.”
In other news, Kieran Maguire has claimed Tottenham have blown Arsenal out of the water amid £162million reveal.
