The Spurs keeper was utilised more as a sweeper keeper than a shot stopper against the Hammers, as he was called into action to clear the danger several times.
However there was nothing he could do for Hernandez’s close range finish or Kouyate’s header, and will be bitterly disappointed to have conceded after having marshalled his defence well for most of the game.
