Tottenham will ‘get rid’ of Richarlison after source’s reveal – pundit
New Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou will “get rid” of Richarlison.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former Celtic and West Ham striker Frank McAvennie insisted Ange Postecoglou won’t put up with players with bad attitudes.
On 20 June, Football Insider revealed that the Lilywhites have major doubts around Richarlison’s fitness and goal output and are eyeing up a wide forward addition this summer.
The 26-year-old joined Spurs last summer for a reported fee of £60million and his current deal runs until 2027.
But the forward only scored one Premier League goal this season in 27 appearances.
When asked if Postecoglou will look to ship out Richarlison, McAvennie told Football Insider: “I think if his attitude is not right Ange will get rid of him.
“I do not think he suffers fools.
“I just think that if anyone is going to get [Heung-min] Son and [Harry’ Kane back to their best it is Ange Postecoglou.
“Does Kane want to be there? That is another question but I am sure the manager has spoken to him.
“I do not think Tottenham are going to win anything next season, I do not even think they will be challenging for the Champions League places.“

Tottenham could be set to lose their star striker Kane this summer as he enters the final year of his contract.
The England international has been attracting interest from Man United and Bayern Munich ahead of the summer window.
In other news, Chelsea are plotting a swap deal to fend off Tottenham swoop for midfielder.
