Tottenham are in advanced talks to sign Fulham sensation Ryan Sessegnon and his twin brother Steven, Football Insider understands.

In an unexpected twist to their pursuit of the teenager, who only turned 19 last week, a north Londoners' source has told Football Insider the club are working on striking a double deal that also includes Steven.

The two clubs are in dialogue over the structure of the two-player transfer that could make them Tottenham's first signings since Lucas Moura joined in January of last year from Paris Saint-Germain.

Ryan has made a huge impact since breaking into the Fulham first team aged 16 and has already accumulated 120 first-team appearances, playing on both the left wing and at left-back.

Steven made his senior bow in the League Cup aged 17 and has played four times for Fulham as a right-back.

He has a contract with the London club that runs until 2022, while fellow England youth international Ryan has a deal that expires next summer.
