Sources: Tottenham accept major bid for big name, he's granted permission to discuss terms

Tottenham have accepted a £9million bid from Club Brugge for Victor Wanyama, Football Insider can reveal.
The Premier League giants have granted permission for the midfield powerhouse, 28, to discuss personal terms with the Belgian outfit as he prepares for late-window switch.
A Spurs source has told Football Insider that the club have agreed a fee of an initial £9million with Brugge rising to a potential £12million with add-ons.
However, Wanyama is stalling on a move to the Jupiler League side, who signed Simon Mignolet from Liverpool earlier this month, even though he has been offered a five-year contract.
The Kenya international is torn over moving to Belgium and is waiting to see if other interest materialises in an offer from a side in one of Europe's major leagues over the coming days.
Wanyama has accepted his time at Tottenham is drawing to a close and Mauricio Pochettino made clear at his press conference yesterday the player's standards have dropped compared to his first season at the club.
This comes after Football Insider revealed earlier this week that Wanyama had instructed his agent to find him a new club before the main European windows shut at the end of the month.
Wanyama has two more years remaining on his Spurs contract and his valuation has dropped since his impressive first season in 2016-17, when he was a mainstay as they finished second with a club-record Premier League points haul.
The Kenyan has been ravaged by knee problems in the last two campaigns and has now dropped below Tanguy Ndombele, Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko and Eric Dier in the midfield pecking order as well as teenager Oliver Skipp.
