Van Dijk reacts to Kevin de Bruyne’s one-word Man City message

Virgil van Dijk reacted to Kevin de Bruyne’s brief but direct message to Manchester City fans following their 2-1 FA Cup win over Bournemouth.

Man City secured their spot in the semi-finals after a dramatic comeback, with Erling Haaland and Omar Marmoush scoring second-half goals to turn the match around.

Bournemouth had initially taken the lead through Evanilson, sending City fans into a brief spell of concern. However, Pep Guardiola’s side showed their resilience, advancing to the next stage.

De Bruyne played a key role in the victory, completing the full 90 minutes, primarily operating on the left flank.

Despite ongoing speculation about his future at the club, with former City financial advisor Stefan Borson telling Football Insider that De Bruyne could leave Man City if Pep Guardiola doubts his fitness for the Premier League, the Belgian midfielder kept his focus on the game. After the win, he sent a short message to the fans.
