A 10-time Poland international, Klich was signed by Christiansen from Dutch side FC Twente this summer and is able to play as an attacking midfielder or deeper in the middle of the park.
However, after struggling with injury during pre-season and not showing Christiansen what he is capable of, the 27-year-old midfielder may now have to wait for his chance.
He is able to play alongside Ronaldo Vieira or Liam Bridcutt, and that could see him used in a more defensive role this summer instead of playing in attacking midfield.
