West Ham could suffer ‘huge’ double blow in January after source’s Declan Rice update – pundit
West Ham could lose their key players in January after a poor start to the season.
That’s according to former Hibernian striker Tam McManus, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the futures of several Hammers stars.
On Wednesday (23 November) sources told Football Insider that West Ham now expect to lose Declan Rice to a Champions League giant next year regardless of how their season pans out.

Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea are among the Premier League teams keeping close tabs on Rice, who has rejected multiple offers to extend his West Ham contract.
The Hammers entered the World Cup break on the back of a home defeat to Leicester and sitting in 16th place, one point off the relegation zone.
McManus fears Jarrod Bowen could also leave the club in the near future.
“West Ham have some quality players,” McManus told Football Insider‘s Ben Wild.
“They are players who shouldn’t be in a relegation fight. You see the Rice links with Liverpool and you think that would be something that appeals to him.
“Bowen is another one. He is a top player and he was unlucky not to go to the World Cup. He has been linked with a lot of teams as well.
“If the offers come in during the January window then you have to think the players would think about leaving. Rice should be playing Champions League football.

“Losing either would be a huge blow for West Ham, loading both would be unthinkable.
“I’m sure fans will be hoping that won’t happen.”
In other news, Scamacca should be getting a ban as a West Ham controversy is missed by the BBC cameras.
