West Ham news: David Moyes sack timeline revealed as board plan talks – Sources
West Ham United’s results in their upcoming fixtures will determine if David Moyes gets sacked, sources have told Football Insider.
Speaking to the new edition of Football Insider’s Insider Track Podcast, transfer correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed the Hammers board will hold talks regarding the Scotsman’s future if he can’t spearhead a revival in form.
As revealed by Football Insider (14 February), West Ham’s recent bruising 6-0 defeat against Arsenal on Sunday (11 February) has not directly impacted the board’s stance on Moyes, followed by the weekend loss at Nottingham Forest, but their position is expected to shift if a change is not seen.
The Hammers have a favourable run in the Premier League and are set to face Brentford at home, Everton and Burnley over the next month – giving Moyes a good chance to regain favour.
