West Ham fans savage ‘stupid’ Mohammed Kudus for causing mid-match fight v Spurs

West Ham United fans have savaged Mohammed Kudus for his involvement in the mid-match melee against Tottenham.

The Hammers lost 4-1 against their rivals at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, despite Kudus giving his team the lead in the first half.

Goals from Dejan Kulusevski, Yves Bissouma, Son Heung-min, and an own goal from Alphonse Areola got Spurs back to winning ways after the international break.

Things went from bad to worse in the 86th minute after Kudus was sent off for his starting and then being involved in a mid-match melee.

The 24-year-old kicked Micky van de Ven several times when trying to get the ball which led to players from both teams getting involved as Kudus shoved two Tottenham players in the face.

Kudus was initially given a yellow card, but after a VAR review it was turned into a straight red which will result in him missing three games.

West Ham fans label Mohammed Kudus’ decision as ‘ridiculous’

It was a moment of madness from the winger who had been having an effective game with a 96% pass accuracy and a 100% tackle success rate.

However, his decision infuriated fans as people labelled his actions as “disgusting” while others felt he earned “three yellows in a minute.”
