West Ham player ratings in clash v Everton: Attacking star woeful in 3/10 display
Angelo Ogbonna – 4
Has to take a lot of responsibility for the opening goal.
He was caught flat footed and that allowed Calvert-Lewin to burst through and earn the Toffees the penalty which resulted in the Hammers going behind.
He did little to redeem himself for the second goal either, as he found himself marking space, rather than a blue shirt, when the ball came across for Rooney’s second.
The second half was a little more assured but still had his shaky moments, and will need to improve if the Hammers are to rescue themselves from their current predicament.
