West Ham star Said Benrahma expected to be axed after source’s reveal – pundit
Alan Hutton has suggested Said Benrahma could find game time difficult to come by if Jesse Lingard joins West Ham this summer.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Premier League defender said David Moyes will have a plan in mind for Lingard next season.
A recruitment source told this site (4 July) that the attacking midfielder wants £150,000-a-week at his next club.

According to the Daily Mail (4 July), Lingard is set to turn down a move to Everton in favour of the Hammers.
The England international is currently a free agent after the expiration of his Man United contract.
Lingard enjoyed a successful loan spell at the London Stadium in the second half of the 2020-21 season.
When asked what current players could be at risk if Lingard completes a move to the Hammers, Hutton told Football Insider: “I think at this moment in time you’re looking at the likes of Benrahma.
“It’s difficult because he did well last year. But [Michail] Antonio, if fit, will play, [Jarrod] Bowen’s going to play.
“When Lingard was within that he gave them something a little bit different, a different dimension, so they worked really well. David Moyes will have a plan if he brings him in.
“Is he going to play a 4-2-3-1, a 4-3-3, how’s he going to fit his best attacking talent into the team. That’s what he’ll be look at through pre-season. So he’ll definitely have a plan moving forward.
“You’re not going to play a ten out of ten week in week out, that’s why you have a squad. You need different players for different games so he will rotate as well and it’s an opportunity for everyone to go out and impress.“

During his season with West Ham, Lingard made 16 appearances across all competitions.
He scored nine goals and provided five assists during that time.
