Injury Expert: Ait Nouri set to be ruled out for ‘three weeks’ by Wolves
Wolves left-back Rayan Ait Nouri could be out for three weeks as he recovers from a muscle injury.
So says injury expert Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries site and has a background in medicine and data analysis.
Wolves boss Bruno Lage confirmed that Ait Nouri was injured in the warm-up as Wolves prepared to face Brighton last Wednesday (15 December).

The Athletic reported last Thursday (16 December) that the 20-year-old’s setback is “not long term”.
As quoted by Birmingham Live the following day, Lage said: “We try to understand how much time [he] needs to recover.”
Dinnery suggests that the Portuguese manager could be without the Frenchman for up to three weeks.
“This is a difficult one,” he told Football Insider‘s Adam Williams.
“It occurred in the warm-up, so it was very late. Quite often people will ask how do players get injured in training or the warm-up.
“It happens because when you’re preparing to play, you need to train at the same intensity level that you’re going to go into the game at.
“If you’re not doing that, you’re not preparing yourself and create the risk of a setback for yourself.
“Bruno Lage himself said the player is still being assessed in terms of the severity of the problem.
“Marcal came in on the left so you had a like-for-like replacement.
“As with any sort of muscle problem at this stage of the season, even a minor strain can rule you out from two to three weeks.”

Wolves were due to play Watford on Boxing Day but that clash has been called off due to the Hornets’ Covid outbreak.
Ait Nouri had started eight successive league matches before his setback last week.
