Medical expert names Boly comeback date after ‘nightmare’ Wolves reveal
Willy Boly could be out of action for another six weeks as he recovers from the latest in a long line of setbacks at Wolves.
That is the view of injury expert Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries site and has a background in medicine and data analysis.
Boly is currently sidelined with a calf problem and is yet to make an appearance in the league this season.

The 30-year-old has suffered from the effects of long-Covid after contracting the virus in April 2021.
He was called up by the Ivory Coast for the imminent Africa Cup of Nations but Wolves confirmed on Monday (27 December) that he is unable to join up.
Dinnery explains that the centre-back’s unavailability for his country means he will not return until late January at the very earliest.
“There is good indication that we are looking at a grade-two injury scenario,” he told Football Insider’s Adam Williams.
“That is a minimum of three weeks but there is no indication or suggestion that he needs surgery.
“He’s had a bit of a nightmare this season. I would say that we are probably looking at something like four to six weeks.
“He hasn’t played any Premier League minutes this season. It’s that culmination of having no football and working your way back.
“It’s difficult. That will certainly come into consideration when Bruno Lage is thinking about bringing back into that squad.”

Boly has made 137 appearances in Wolves colours since his move from Porto in May 2018.
Bruno Lage’s side are currently 8th in the league table.
