‘Yves Bissouma fate sealed as Tottenham eye up Barcelona talent’
Yves Bissouma’s Tottenham fate might be sealed as the club prepare a swoop for a Barcelona talent.
Bissouma made a big move to Spurs from Brighton in the summer of 2022 and has made 100 appearances for the Lilywhites so far.

The Mali international played 10 times in the Europa League last season as Spurs won the trophy and ended their long silverware drought — including the full 90 minutes against Manchester United in the final.
However, Bissouma has just one year remaining on his contract in North London, and it looks like his days at the club could be numbered.
Spurs lining up Casado bid

Football Insider transfer correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed on Monday (4 August) that Spurs are preparing to move Bissouma on this summer in a bid to make way for Conor Gallagher.
However, the England star isn’t the only midfielder they’re targeting.
According to Spanish outlet SPORT (via GIVEMESPORT, 4 August), Spurs are interested in Barcelona defensive midfielder Marco Casado.
The 21-year-old — capped twice for Spain — played 36 times across all competitions for the Blaugrana last season, picking up 20 starts in La Liga and picking up a winners’ medal.
It’s thought Barcelona are reluctant to sell and, so, will demand a £26million fee for the youngster, who is also keen to stay at the Camp Nou.
Spurs have already signed Joao Palhinha on loan from Bayern Munich this summer, but look destined to bring another midfielder into Thomas Frank’s squad — with Bissouma likely the man to take the fall.
Juventus shortlist Bissouma

News of Bissouma’s availability comes amid speculation that Juventus are considering a move for the 28-year-old.
Sporting CP’s Morten Hjulmand is the Old Lady’s primary target as Igor Tudor looks to build a side that can lift the Italian giants out of their lean spell. However, the Denmark international may prove too expensive, with the two clubs £20million apart in their valuations.
What’s more, Hjulmand captained Ruben Amorim’s Sporting to two league titles during their time together in Lisbon, and it’s understood the Man United boss is keen on a reunion with his old skipper.
Should that transpire, Juventus have three alternative options shortlisted.
Bissouma features on that list, alongside Brighton’s Matt O’Riley and Sofyan Ambrabat of Fenerbahce.
A move to Turin would be the perfect solution for Bissouma, who is yet to start a game for Spurs in this pre-season and could otherwise find himself frozen out pretty soon.
