Zian Flemming is the latest name linked to Leeds United ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Burnley attacker has impressed in the Premier League this season despite his club’s relegation back to the Championship.

To date, the 27-year-old has netted 10 times in the English top-flight, including an equaliser in the 2-2 draw against Aston Villa on Sunday.

Now, with Leeds in need of upgrading their attack, Flemming could back the move to West Yorkshire.

There is no doubt that the current campaign has been a failure at Burnley.

His 10 goals this season for the club make him their top scorer in the Premier League, with Jaidon Anthony being the only other player who has scored more than three goals.

Flemming’s stats are also particularly impressive, with the attacker averaging 0.56 goals per game in the top-flight.

On top of this, he is also outperforming his xG this season by 2.25, another spectacular feat.

Therefore, everything points towards Flemming being a successful signing at Leeds United if they are able to get it over the line this summer.

Leeds scouts impressed by Flemming

Former Man United chief scout Mick Brown exclusively told Football Insider that Leeds have been tracking Flemming this season ahead of the summer transfer window.

So far, they have been impressed by his displays for Burnley despite their relegation.

Leeds could now bring in the attacker for a price-cut fee after their relegation was confirmed, which may convince the club to accelerate their transfer plans.

Flemming is seen as a potential replacement for Joel Piroe, who is expected to leave Elland Road in the summer after struggling for game time.

However, it remains to be seen if Lees will be able to secure the signature of the Burnley star in the summer as they look to upgrade their frontline ready for the 2026-27 campaign.
