28-year-old must be sold: Three Leeds players ranked on importance after Bolton axe

2. Liam Bridcutt

The 28-year-old club captain was left out of the squad to face Bolton after Christiansen decided to sign midfielder Mateusz Klich.

The Spanish boss opted to start with Eunan O’Kane and Kalvin Phillips, and with Bridcutt having just 12 months remaining on his contract, he should be cashed in on now instead of risking him leaving on a free transfer next summer.

There is no doubt that if the former Sunderland midfielder was kept, he would be an asset to the side but for the best interests of both parties it is best he is sold.
