An absolute must-buy. Bosnia international Visca has been a loyal member of Basaksehir side since 2011 and a has contract with the top tier side until 2020, but he could be swayed by the Premier League.
Making 43 league and cup appearances last season, Visca scored 10 goals and laid on another 13 assists for his side as they finished in second place and qualifying for the Champions League.
