Newcastle supporters are buzzing with their latest signing as Nick Woltemade joins the club from Stuttgart to bolster their forward line.

The Magpies look to have ramped up their efforts to bring in a new forward as Isak nears an exit, with Nick Woltemade linked to Newcastle on Thursday amid reports that they were closing in on a deal to sign him from Stuttgart.
Germany international Woltemade netted 12 goals in 28 Bundesliga appearances last season, and now Eddie Howe’s side look set to benefit from his talent and potential after a move was confirmed.

Newcastle announced Woltemade’s arrival at the club on Saturday (30 August) with a post to their official X account, saying: “Willkommen, Woltemade,” along with black and white heart emojis and a cinematic video of him in his new club’s colours.
The 23-year-old arrives with a big reputation for scoring in Germany, and the club-record £69million [BBC] fee that the Magpies have splashed out for his services reflects as such.
Newcastle fans have made their feelings about his arrival very clear in the replies to his official announcement, with one saying: “Brilliant signing cannot wait to see him play for us,” while another added: “This one is going to succeed 100%.. I have that feeling.. Will be as good if not better than isak in 2 years.”
