Rangers-mad midfielder James McArthur could be a potential signing for Gerrard in the summer with his deal at Crystal Palace due to expire.
He has made 33 appearances in all competitions for the Eagles and scored six goals this season, so it’s clear that the 32-times Scotland international would be a welcome addition in Govan.
McArthur, unlike Adam and Johnson, has never played alongside Gerrard, but the Gers cannot only be linked with players who used to play alongside the Liverpool icon.
