Rangers’ odds to sign Norwich striker Steven Naismith have been slashed, but Kilmarnock are still in pole position to sign up the Scotland international this month, according to the latest bookmakers’ odds.
BetVictor have cut the Gers’ price to sign up Naismith, 31, in the January transfer window down to 7/4 after initially pricing the Glasgow club at 4/1 just before Christmas.
Kille (4/6) are still the huge favourites to sign the former Everton forward this month though while Aberdeen (16/1), Sunderland (16/1) and Leeds United (20/1) are still in the running.

Naismith originally left Ibrox in 2012 in the aftermath of their financial meltdown to join Everton on a free transfer.
The Scotland international was then snapped up by Norwich for £8.5million, but this season he has only made four appearances across all competitions as he appears well out of the picture at Carrow Road.
BBC Scotland claims on the BBC Sport website that Norwich are expected to loan out the ex-Kilmarnock forward this month and that two clubs have tabled offers to pay £10,000-a-week of his wages until the end of the season.
Naismith has announced that he would like a second chance to play for the Light Blues and the Scottish Sun has since reported that the he would be willing to play for free in order to move to Ibrox.
In other Rangers news, the Gers have been installed as second favourites to sign up this international flyer in the coming weeks.
