Danny Mills can’t believe Bukayo Saka could now leave Arsenal after update
Bukayo Saka must stay at Arsenal and go to the “next level” before seeking a move to a top club, according to Danny Mills.
The former Leeds defender, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, suggested the 20-year-old could be the driving force behind the Gunners’ eventual return to the Champions League.
According to Fabrizio Romano via his CaughtOffside column (19 May), Saka and his agent have pencilled in contract talks for the end of the season – with the player reportedly “in love” with Arsenal.

The England international is out of contract in June 2024, and the report claims there have been “murmurings” of interest from Man City and Liverpool.
Speaking to Sky Sports in February 2022, Saka insisted it is his “dream” to play in the Champions League.
Mills claimed a move to a top English club is not realistic.
“It’s all well and good to say he wants to play in the Champions League,” he told Football Insider‘s Connor Whitley.
“I would quite like to be playing in the Champions League. But where is he going to do that? How is he going to achieve that?
“He’s not going to Man City, Liverpool, or Chelsea. So where is he going to go?
“He’s got to be part of that Arsenal side which drags them back into that top four. He’s still young, he’s got plenty of time.
“I wouldn’t be in any rush if I was him. He needs to go to that next level as a player.
“And then if he decides he still wants to move on – then the bigger clubs will come calling.”

Arsenal are set to miss out on a top-four finish following back-to-back losses against Tottenham and Newcastle.
Saka has notched 12 goals and six assists across 42 appearances this season.
