Expert: Harry Kane certain to sign Tottenham deal after ‘jawdropping’ reveal
Harry Kane is certain to snub Bayern Munich and sign a new long-term Tottenham contract after developments this week.
That is according to Spurs expert John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
As quoted by The Mirror (11 October) Kane claimed he is fully focused on Tottenham but admitted Bayern Munich are a “top, top club”.

Sky Sports reporter Florian Plettenberg claimed on 12 September that Bayern have been in contact with the 29-year-old’s brother and agent Charlie Kane.
On Monday (10 October), Kane also launched his own charitable foundation and Wenham insists this a significant sign a new deal will be agreed.
“I expect him to be linked with Bayern Munich,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“As soon as they sold Robert Lewandowski, Kane becomes the closest player to him that they can sign. Bayern have this new identity this season, it seems to be working for them in the Champions League but in the Bundesliga, they are struggling.
“They are underperforming massively. Until Kane signs a new contract I fully expect him to be linked with a move.
“I have to say, some of the things that have happened in the last week or so indicate to me that Harry is going to sign a new long-term contract.
“The launching of the Harry Kane Foundation, reading stories on Cbeebies, people might think that’s nothing but he is building a portfolio of work for when he finishes football.
“I suspect he will eye a career in the media when he leaves football and I think he will sign that long-term contract with Tottenham. I suspect it’ll be a £300k-a-week job too.”

Football Insider revealed on Sunday that Kane is yet to open new contract talks with Tottenham as he waits developments on Antonio Conte’s future.
The manager has been offered a “jawdropping” extension that would lift his salary into the £20m-a-yr bracket.
The hitman has scored nine goals in 10 Premier League games this season.
