Russell Martin is very likely to make his stay in Govan permanent in the summer – although fans may not be too happy about it.
The centre-back has split opinion among supporters but once he gets settled down he could be the perfect experienced player that the Light Blues need in the heart of the defence next to young McCrorie.
With him down the pecking order at Norwich and an option-to-buy clause in his contract, it’s highly likely that Martin will be in the squad next year.
