The winger scored his 14th goal of the season after only two minutes of the game, getting on the end of a Moussa Dembele shot which had been blocked.
He followed it up in the ninth minute of the game, scoring his 15th goal of the season after a fine solo effort, before getting his third goal of the game early in the second-half.
The winger is currently in the best goalscoring form of his career, and fans were left delighted with his stunning display, as well as his overall form so far this season.

As for the game itself, the Hoops were comfortable in the game after scoring the two early goals, until a Simunovic error let in Kris Doolan who pulled a goal back for the Jags.
Forrest then completed his hat-trick in the 53rd minute with a fine finish, his first hat-trick for the Hoops.
Despite creating some half-chances, the Hoops were unable to add to their lead and were made to pay as Conor Sammon pulled a goal back for the Jags in the last ten minutes of the game.
The Hoops managed to see the game out and booked in their place in Sunday’s Scottish Cup quarter-final draw.
